Wylders first MLB game

Happy 1st Birthday Little Man!

As a treat for Wylders birthday we all went as a family out to our first Indians game together. River went to his first game when he was just a weeeee one. It was an Indians game too. I think he was 3 months old? So he clearly has vivid memories of the experience. (it was also a yankees game so it was fun.. and we were in box seats then soooooo umm it was awesome!)

This time around they got to experience a more authentic baseball game experience!  ha

First, we took the train down there. Its so nice. Straight from our house to the stadium. And the boys are in HEAVEN getting to ride a train. I think they enjoyed this more than the game. ;)

lets just say I think we decided to go on the hottest day of the year.

holy smokes.

I know all you people laugh at me saying how redonculous it is that its hot up here. (and when we were in Erie) But seriously. Its hot. And way more humid here. So take that.

Wylder .. our little sweat machine. He was pouring with sweat the entire time.

Taking a break from the heat.

They have an awesome kids area. Unfortunately since it was so stinkin hot I think every kid at the game was in the kids zone so it was a littttttle packed.

this picture was to show that we were all accidentally matching! Heeeey family day!

The game was a lot of fun. We got to explain to River how they throw & hit the ball and he cheered them on the best he could when they ran the bases. Wylder of course was all smiles with anyone who would look at him.  The kids did okay in the seats. We definitely didnt stay the entire time but it was fun to get out and do something as a family. (especially since the entire day was free!)
