port farms pumpkin patch

feels strange to post about a fall festival and pumpkin patch when its December and we have 2 feet of snow outside. But I love these pictures and have to get them posted.

Port farms is definitely the best pumpkin patch for kids (I think) I mean they think of everything! This year River just loved looking around but Im pretty sure next year he will be running around thinking he is in Heaven.

First we stopped at the pumpkins for our first annual pumpkin picture. At first it went like this:

so we adjusted before he poked his eye out.

love that kid and his goooooofy smiles. (the hat is a gift from our dear friend Ashley.. and she got it at Anthropologie if any of you were curious b/c ive been asked before I thought I would share. I mean it is the cutest thing in the world!)

Sarah and Drew were there with us of course

and there is seriously so much I didnt get a picture of.. like the pumpkin contest measuring who grew the largest pumpkin or the little shops or all the food or the learning centers they have set up or the corn maze! Its amazing.

I seriously cant wait until next year when River can run around and enjoy everything even more. (but im going to enjoy not having to chase him at the moment!)
